Founder Support

I've been the founder who couldn't let go. I built PASOs to support immigrants' access to wellness, community, and education—and then had to face the hard truth that I wasn't the right person to lead it long-term. Stepping back and handing leadership to someone from the community was one of the hardest and most important decisions I've made.

That's the work I do with founders now.

I work with founders who are carrying too much—the vision, the weight, the guilt, the impossible choice between growth and sustainability. We figure out what's yours to carry and what needs to be someone else's. We talk about succession, transition, and what it actually means to build something that outlasts you.

I'm gentle until you need me to be direct. I hold space until it's time to make a decision. And I won't let you martyr yourself for your mission—because sustainable leadership is how the work survives.
