Leadership Coaching by Catalyst Coaching
I work with leaders who care deeply about their work and the people they serve and who need space to think, talk things through, and lead with more clarity and confidence. Most of my coaching is with nonprofit and community leaders, founders, and executives who are navigating change, growth, or just the weight of being responsible for others.
Coaching with me often looks like:
• Talking through real leadership challenges as they come up
• Getting clearer about decisions, priorities, and next steps
• Leading teams and shaping culture in ways that feel honest and aligned
• Navigating power, identity, and responsibility when serving communities different from your own
• Finding ways to sustain yourself while doing meaningful, demanding work
My role is to listen, ask good questions, and help you make sense of what’s in front of you so you can lead in a way that feels grounded, thoughtful, and true to your values.
How Coaching Works
Coaching is a collaborative space for reflection, clarity, and growth. Rather than giving advice or solving problems for you, coaching focuses on helping you think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and move forward with greater confidence.
In our work together, I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you notice patterns, values, and choices that shape how you lead. You set the direction and goals; coaching supports awareness, accountability, and intentional action over time.
Coaching is especially helpful during moments of growth, transition, or complexity—when you want space to think, reflect, and lead with greater alignment and purpose.
